Your daily responsibilities include
Utilizes equipment and applications related to video, audio, and computer systems.
Setting up pro audio equipment and lighting for live bands, sound and video file conversion and managing content delivery for other departments through the AV system.
This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team members.
Performs and schedules repair, maintenance and installation of audio visual/sound equipment to ensure continuous operations.
Coordinates and assists in planning and execution of events and promotions requiring audio/visual technical assistance.
Responsible for the successful operation of the audio/visual, lighting and staging requirements.
Supervises outside contractors/vendors and evaluates performances from entertainment vendors.
Candidate should have a strong knowledge of audio and video encoding formats and be able to utilize software to render and convert audio and video into formats that are acceptable to the property systems.
Maintain and have a working knowledge of satellite, cable, and video over Cat5e/6 distribution systems.
Maintain records of maintenance, repair and distribution of equipment.
Occasionally mounts permanent audiovisual equipment such as projection screens, flat screen monitors, speakers, and projectors.
Sets up and operates sound equipment for live entertainment. Is proficient with digital and analog mixing consoles, Microphones (wired & wireless), Stage Monitors, and Backline Equipment.
Ensures that behavior and appearance are in compliance with established standards.
Maintains a professional work environment with management and staff.
Performs all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set
One year of experience using audio/visual equipment required or appropriate technical education.
Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)
Graphic design familiarity, preferred
Proven ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and programs as they become available
Good oral and written communication skills, must be fluent and literate in English
Must be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and possess strong organizational skills
Must be a team player
Successful or better performance against Performance Appraisal Standards
Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment
Customer, employee, and direct manager feedback on sound levels, programming, up to date content on all A/V mediums
All equipment and mediums properly maintained and operating correctly
Compliance with all regulatory, governmental, and safety requirements
Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and leaders to complete property/corporate initiatives and effective day to day operations
