Your daily responsibilities include

The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary for the North East region locations-Position supports Northeast region locations: Hollywood Casino at Charles Town, Hollywood Gaming at Dayton Raceway, Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course, Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course, Hollywood Casino Columbus, Hollywood Casino Hotel and Raceway Bangor, Hollywood Casino Toledo, Plainridge Park Casino.

  • Directly responsible for managing multi-property Gaming Ops procurement and performance planning.

  • Creates reports, analyzes data and recommends changes regarding floor mix of slot machines, table games, hold adjustments, and new game availability to consistently maximize the profitability of the slot floor.

  • Responsible for managing the slot capital budget process within the region

  • Responsible for managing Gaming Ops lease budget within region.

  • Collaborates with property and corporate leadership on determining leased game targets and budget.

  • Provides recommendations to ensure compliance to capital budget initiatives, and reports budget concerns.

  • Recommends movements and conversions of slot machines, based on analysis of gaming floor, with property slot leadership.

  • Supports planning and decision making by identifying, maintaining, and evaluating information and making recommendations for gaming floor.

  • Within a Shared Services team, develops, implements and manages operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives for all gaming operations areas.

  • Works with properties in region to ensure scheduling efficiency and compliance with shared labor productivity standards and best practices.

  • Makes recommendations concerning the research, development, evaluation, and implementation of new products, services, technologies, and processes to ensure the property’s competitive position.

  • Responsible for reporting on player rating accuracy, and for working with property on continuous improvement.

  • Responsible for all Gaming Ops analytics and to facilitate periodic review of all pertinent information with both property and Corporate leadership team.

  • Reviews reports on gaming device performance and makes appropriate recommendations to maximize profitability of respective slot machines and table games.

  • Prepares gaming operations reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and explaining information.

  • Functions as a support resource to regional properties as needed.

  • Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to property and Corporate leadership.

  • Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred; and a minimum of five years comparable gaming analytics/ management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Excellent skills in both written and oral communication.

  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft applications and have knowledge of Slot operating systems.

  • Must be proficient with Casino CAD.

  • Must be proficient with SQL.

  • Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.

  • Strong ability to write reports, business correspondence, presentations and procedure manuals.

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

  • Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights and weekends as business needs dictate.
