Your daily responsibilities include
The Sales Manager is an integral part of the development and promotion of the exciting changes at Tropicana Las Vegas as it generates group and convention business for the property.
Develops strong relationships with existing and potential business.
Secures new Convention Group business while maintaining existing accounts within assigned territory.
Achieves monthly production goals as assigned.
Travels on sales calls, attend shows and industry events in order to secure future bookings.
To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set
Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:
Minimum two years Hotel Sales experience, required.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Hotel Systems, Daylight or Delphi
Four Years prior experience in Customer Service.
Must be self-motivated and goal oriented.
Able to present a well-groomed appearance.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
