Your daily responsibilities include
Performs specified extensive cleaning in assigned rooms in accordance to Tropicana Las Vegas standards, to include vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, changing linen, etc.
Notifies through automated system or to supervisor, of any repairs needed.
Ensures that each room has all amenities required and that everything is in proper working order.
Inputs room status of all rooms in phone system upon completion.
Displays excellent customer service skills while interacting with customers.
Completes any and all duties as assigned by supervisor
To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set
Has guest room cleaning experience in a hotel, resort or culinary training for at least 1 year.
Understands MSDS and OSHA rules and regulations.
Able to read, write and communicate in English.
Takes directions well, has a neat appearance and excellent attitude.
Must be available to work any shift (day, swing or grave).
