Your daily responsibilities include
Uphold 5 star resort service.
Greet guests in a timely and enthusiastic manner. Handle baggage storage and transport from guest room during arrival/departure of guest stay.
Direct the cab line as well as placement of baggage from valet pick up.
Recommend large party groups to limo service provided by property.
Assist guest with questions by having excellent knowledge of the property as well as Las Vegas area.
To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set
Must possess excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
At Least 1 year of Front Sevices Experience in a Resort Setting Required.
Has strong communication skills.
Able to execute tasks as directed.
Able to move and transport luggage, boxes and other items up to 75 pounds.
Able to stand for long periods of time and tolerate varying conditions of noise levels, temperature, illumination and air quality.
Able to communicate in English
