An individual could be successful if they possess the following.
Your daily responsibilities include
Timely and accurate completion of the daily nongaming audits and assigned MICS/regulatory audits (POS, box office, cash, comps, leased outlets, hotel, spa)
Review daily nongaming revenue and statistics, prepare daily journal entries for leadership review and posting
Monitor general ledger and revenue accounts for accuracy
Prepare revenue and statistics reports for management, review and distribute the daily Flash Report
Ensure procedural policies for audits maintain compliance with all internal controls, processes, and procedures and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements (GCB, State, City, County, IRS, GAAP)
Assist leadership team with month end close including month end journal entries, accruals, and account balancing
Enthusiastically support, actively promote, and demonstrate superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs
Other duties, as may be assigned
To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set
At least one year of nongaming audit experience preferred
Previous experience with POS systems (Micros 9700 Web Reports, Remote Management Console, LMS, iSeries Navigator, Ticketmaster, TM One, Smart Cube, Book 4 Time, Evention)
Intermediate proficiency with Excel, proficient in other Microsoft applications (Word, Planner, OneNote, Office 365)
Willing to work weekends and holidays
Working knowledge of the GCB minimum control standards and regulations
Excellent customer service, great communication, and a positive attitude
Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain a gaming card
