Your daily responsibilities include

Job Duties

  • Timely and accurate completion of the daily nongaming audits and assigned MICS/regulatory audits (POS, box office, cash, comps, leased outlets, hotel, spa)

  • Review daily nongaming revenue and statistics, prepare daily journal entries for leadership review and posting

  • Monitor general ledger and revenue accounts for accuracy

  • Prepare revenue and statistics reports for management, review and distribute the daily Flash Report

  • Ensure procedural policies for audits maintain compliance with all internal controls, processes, and procedures and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements (GCB, State, City, County, IRS, GAAP)

  • Assist leadership team with month end close including month end journal entries, accruals, and account balancing

  • Enthusiastically support, actively promote, and demonstrate superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs

  • Other duties, as may be assigned

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

Qualifications

  • At least one year of nongaming audit experience preferred

  • Previous experience with POS systems (Micros 9700 Web Reports, Remote Management Console, LMS, iSeries Navigator, Ticketmaster, TM One, Smart Cube, Book 4 Time, Evention)

  • Intermediate proficiency with Excel, proficient in other Microsoft applications (Word, Planner, OneNote, Office 365)

  • Willing to work weekends and holidays

  • Working knowledge of the GCB minimum control standards and regulations

  • Excellent customer service, great communication, and a positive attitude

  • Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain a gaming card
