Your daily responsibilities include

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

  • Audit and ensures integrity of team member data collected and recorded; to include new hires, separations, job/wage transactions and licensing.

  • Ensuring that team members are in compliance with proper work authorizations (Licensing, I-9, Gaming, etc.)

  • Ensure that team members are in compliance with all regulatory, training and policy requirements; to include auditing and ensuring data integrity within Success Factors.

  • Performs specialized or confidential administrative duties, including researching data and preparing reports as needed.

  • Executes day-to-day benefits administrative function with primary focus on ACA compliance and benefits related activities, such as arrears and open enrollment.

  • Ensures behavior and appearance are in compliance with established standards. Maintains a professional work environment with management and staff.

  • Participates in meetings and training as required.

  • Maintains complete confidentiality of all company information at all times.

  • Perform necessary follow-ups to meet established objectives and assist with reminders of commitments and deadlines.

  • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.

  • Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of one-year related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

  • Advanced level skills in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.iCIMS, UltiPro and Success Factors experience a plus.

  • Previous experience in a human resources office preferred.

  • Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.

  • Excellent verbal and written skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve.

  • Ability to learn new systems quickly.

  • Experience in a professional office environment, preferably utilizing clerical skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently or in a team environment with excellent Organizational skills.

  • Must approach team member questions and concerns in a caring, confidential and helpful manner.

  • Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.

Nevada Gaming Registration.
