Full Time Opportunity $12.00 - Late shift will work between 4pm-2am - Must have at least one year of experience in quick service restaurant.

Your daily responsibilities include

  • Responsible for fostering a fun environment.

  • Safeguard company assets.

  • Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers.

  • Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events.

  • Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the ACES Service Program.

  • While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to stand and walk.

  • Maintain a well-stocked and Maintained Line.

  • Responsible for following and adhering to all recipes and SOP’s.

  • Ensure all assignments are completed each shift.

  • Perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position’s job description, where, in the Company’s judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity.

  • Will work special events, as needed.

  • Other duties, as needed.

  • Must have outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude.

  • Must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactory.

  • Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods of time.

  • Experience of one year or more of cooking in a professional setting is preferred.

  • Able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Supervisor or Manager.

  • Must qualify for licensing by Ohio Lottery Commission.

  • Must be able to use a knife safely.

  • Must be able to pass background check.

  • Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality.

  • Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of America money and weight measurement, volume and distance. Possess ability to operate an adding machine (Calculator) and have basic computer skills.

Reasoning Ability: Should be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations : Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance, color vision, peripheral vision and the ability to focus. Team Members must be drug and nicotine free.

While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme cold, and extreme heat. The Team Member occasionally works in places and in outside weather conditions (i.e. smoking patios) and is exposed to vibration.

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud.

  • All Team Members at Hollywood are under surveillance (and audio surveillance in limited areas). Performance may be observed and recorded.

  • Employee could be exposed to an environment containing unrestricted second-hand tobacco smoke
