Overview

The Loyalty Marketing Assistant Manager will oversee Penn Interactive Ventures’ land based collaborative marketing efforts for our social casino games. The focus of this role is to maintain and increase customer acquisition, retention and revenue via our land-based properties’ existing player base. This role will also help support the property marketing acquisition strategy of PIV’s other products as well, including real money gaming.

Your daily responsibilities include

The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

  • Helps to develop and execute marketing strategies for all social gaming products

  • Coordinates and manages digital, direct mail and land-based customer acquisition plan and execution with our corporate partners.

  • Maintains results of marketing acquisition campaigns and works with CRM Manager to recommend new testing ideas.

  • Helps support campaign execution for property marketing acquisition for all PIV products.

  • Leads on-property events and programs to acquire new customers for iGaming as well as drive existing online players back to land-based play.

  • Works closely with corporate marketing team for cohesion/inclusion and timely refresh of iGaming business across digital and land-based advertising (i.e. email, website, casino kiosks and property placement).

  • Provides recommendations for new MyChoice rewards incentives for social casino players and implements new online rewards program features.

  • Measures effectiveness and cross platform inclusion between land based online systems and iGaming for MyChoice Rewards program.

  • Develops messaging and collateral for iGaming products.

  • Partners with the acquisition and corporate marketing teams to identify events and promotions where online social casino could have a presence.

  • Responsible for helping to brainstorm cohesive new events and promotions that drive iGaming players to the land-based business while representing and increasing loyalty to the online gaming brands.

  • Works with the CRM Manager to plan and execute company social casino events on land-based properties, from ideation through to day of execution.

  • Represents the Company for iGaming events as needed. Provides professional representation at internal and external meetings and events.

  • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.

  • Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to manager

  • Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Gaming experience is a plus.

  • Must have knowledge of customer retention, product, and marketing acumen.

  • Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

  • Must have technical proficiency and knowledge in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

  • Strong client interface and presentation skills preferred.

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

  • Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

  • Must have demonstrated ability to drive toward results.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
