Penn Interactive Ventures (PIV) is a fast-growing real-money interactive games company with offices in Philadelphia, Las Vegas, and San Francisco. As the digital arm to Penn National Gaming (NASDAQ: PENN), the largest regional casino operator in the USA, we are poised for significant growth in the interactive real money gaming space. We are looking for a GM/VP of iCasino to lead one of the largest growth opportunities at the company.

iCasino is now a $400MM a year industry in New Jersey. Pennsylvania and West Virginia have now legalized iCasino, with other states possibly following soon. With our multiple brick and mortar casinos in these states, our company is in a unique position to win by leveraging our brick and mortar database as well as deep relationships with casino-style games providers.

This is a unique opportunity to join PIV at the ground floor of a huge growth opportunity.

We are looking for someone who can help manage and grow one of the fastest segments at the entire company. Candidates should have P&L experience running digital businesses (preferably real money gaming businesses), be fanatical about creating the best customer experience possible, and be able to work with various stakeholders (e.g. casinos, 3 rd -party vendors, government entities, etc.) in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your daily responsibilities include

  • Full P&L ownership of iCasino business, including the development and presentation of financial forecasts and budget/resource requests.

  • Manage iCasino leadership team, including Head of Product, Head of Marketing, and Head of Operations; leadership team will collaborate to develop and maintain the strategic and operational plan for approval to PIV and PENN executive management.

  • Collaborate with executive management to determine strategy and financial commitments required for entering new markets with Penn’s iCasino product

  • Work with PENN casino marketing leadership to develop a marketing plan that leverages the database to drive customers to the iCasino digital properties

  • Manage third party partnerships with current technology partner (IGT), content providers, and all 3 rd -party vendors (e.g. GeoComply) that contribute to our iCasino platform

  • Work with PIV/PENN accounting and compliance functions to ensure efficient/compliant business

  • Present and/or testify to relevant state gaming boards/government bodies

  • Collaborate with Head of Sportsbook to identify cross-marketing opportunities and ensure consistency across products

  • Ongoing ownership and management of iCasino product, including product innovation cycle, feature development, and customer experience; iCasino product must continually meet best-in-class and industry-leading standards which are set annually by iCasino management team.

  • Work closely with the project management and engineering teams to ensure product innovations, rollouts, and deployments are seamless.

  • Collaborate with PENN executive team, including the CEO, COO, CFO, CMO, and General Counsel to ensure seamless communication and continuous support/feedback for iCasino objectives.

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

  • 10+ years of product/marketing experience in the social/RMG online casino verticals

  • Worked with cross-functional teams on defining, executing product roadmaps

  • Experience in building customer acquisition and retention programs

  • Experience in managing engineers and product managers

  • Owned P&L for a real money or social casino product

Year 1 Objectives / Measures of Success

  • Creation of long-term strategic and financial plan for PENN’s iCasino business and product.

  • Creation and execution of product, operations, and marketing plans for iCasino

  • Launch of iCasino product in a minimum of1additional state (currently in PA).

  • Depending on the number of states in which the product has been launched, customer KPIs (e.g, CPA, expected CLV, and handle) and financial KPIs (e.g., revenue, EBITDA, etc.) will be set.
