Your daily responsibilities include
Ensure interactions with guests follow the guidelines of the Red Carpet Customer Service Program
Assist the Marketing Department with casino promotions and events on select shifts
Use proper sales techniques to achieve sales and contribute to the profitability of the retail outlet
Follow standards of neatness and cleanliness for the retail shop in order to maintain customer appealFollow policies and procedures that affect inventory control
Hang/organize patron coats within the numerical order system and return them to the proper patron
Ensure coat check log is properly filled out
Ensure ONLY coats, hats, and umbrellas are accepted into coat check
Welcoming bus patrons, confirming, counting, balancing and distribution of any coupons
Accurately complete paperwork referring to lost or stolen patron articles
Answers phone calls with proper phone etiquette
Light clerical work to include but not limited to; envelope stuffing, filing, faxing and copying
Assist guests by directing them to appropriate areas and contact department for guest needs
Maintain up-to-date information of casino events to ensure guests will receive accurate and prompt information when requested
Responsible for educating patron’s on the value of the loyalty program
Assists patrons with questions as they relate to the property and loyalty program
Work in conjunction with other departments on an as needed basis
Adhere to all company, state, and regulatory policies and procedures
Comply with all reasonable requests made by management
To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior face to face customer service preferred
A minimum of 21 years of age
Able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Supervisor or Manager
Must qualify for licensing by Ohio Gaming Commission
Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
