An individual could be successful if they possess the following.

Your daily responsibilities include

  • Provides exemplary customer service in accordance with the Margaritaville Resort Casino standards.

  • Ensures complimentaries are issued in accordance with Margaritaville Resort Casino guidelines with the proper controls, auditing, surveillance, and coordination in place.

  • Assists in the resolution of player and cross-department challenges through interaction both on the casino floor and off. Work closely with Hosts, Slot department, Table Games department, Guest Services/Call Center personnel, IT, Facilities, and Security.

  • Meets and greets players at the club, on casino floor, at special events, and at promotions.

  • Maintains confidentiality of information and agrees to and signs the Margaritaville Resort Casino confidentiality agreement.

  • Supports and maintains Margaritaville Resort Casino courtesy guidelines and ensures subordinate employee participation.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Two-year college or university and one or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in Gaming, Hospitality, or Travel.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general technical procedures or governmental regulations.

  • Ability to comprehend procedure manuals.

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, customers, and the general public.

REASONING ABILITY:

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Ability to obtain the appropriate work authorization per local, state, federal, and gaming regulations.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • PC computer literacy and ability. Must be able to quickly learn the slot player tracking computer system and train others how to use it.

  • Ability to obtain the appropriate work authorization per gaming regulations required.
