Your daily responsibilities include

Your daily responsibilities include

  • Positively respond to all customer concerns and issues to promote a return visit.

  • Effectively respond to Director’s requests in all areas of customer interaction and customer concerns.

  • Cultivate sales leads via tools provided by management to attract, retain and develop premium customers.

  • Manage player accounts & comps based on recorded play, earned points, comp availability and customer profitability.

  • Assist customers with reservations and acquisition of amenities and work closely with casino operations to ensure high limit players are recognized and acknowledged.

  • Create fun and excitement for our guests by planning, implementing and participating in on & off site special events.

  • Must be willing to manage and resolve difficult situations that involve highly proprietary information.

  • Know the names and gaming activity of the top players in the casino daily, share this w/coworkers & management.

  • Must work well with employees/management throughout property for maximum efficiency in completing tasks and resolving issues.

  • Be knowledgeable of property, product, promotions/events and maintain a high level of visibility on the casino floor.

  • Administrative, Promotional and other duties as assigned by management. Submit required reports/post-event analysis as scheduled

  • Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned. Employees may be required to perform duties outside of their normal job description where, in the company’s judgment, it is necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or improved guest service.

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be proficient with Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word

  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

  • Must have a clean and valid driver’s license.
