Your daily responsibilities include

• Demonstrating outstanding internal and external service in accordance with “Red Carpet Service” program guidelines

• Greeting and tending to the needs of guests at the buffet line

• Maintaining the presentation and temperatures of all food items

• Maintaining assigned area clean and replenish food items when necessary

• Exercising safe sanitation of all food handling

• Attending all departmental and company metings as required

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

• High School education or equivalent work experience

• Ability to read, comprehend and speak English

• Ability to understand and perform duties in accordance with:

• Hollywood Casino Aurora Core Values

• Departmental, property and company policies and standards

• Illinois Gaming Board requirements

• Sarbanes-Oxley

• Internal Controls

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

• Physical mobility with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 50 lbs
