Your daily responsibilities include
Demonstrating outstanding internal and external service in accordance with “Red Carpet Service” program guidelines
Overseeing the operations and Cast Members of the Casino Beverage department
Directly supervising Food & beverage Shift Managers
Investigating and resolving Guest and Cast Member complaints
Monitoring guest for signs of intoxication, intervening as needed according to established practices
Monitoring inventory of all beverage product
Spending up to 60% of total work time in front of guest and employees
Conducting and attending departmental and company meetings
Performing in alignment with all departmental and company policy and applicable laws.
Interviewing, hiring, training or overseeing training of Cast Members
Planning, scheduling assigning and direct work
Rewarding and disciplining Cast Members
Maintaining accurate departmental records
Recommending improvements to efficiency
Addressing and resolving guest and Cast Member complaints
Promptly reporting and remedying any legal/compliance measures
To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set
College degree or equivalent work experience
Minimun three years direct management experience of 20 or more employees
Knowledge of common bartending practices, up to and including mixing drinks, serving those drinks and collecting money
Familiar with bar equipment and its functions
Understanding of the principles of service bars and stations
Ability to read, write, comprehend and speak English
Ability to perform basic mathematical operations, including: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
Ability to calculate figures and amounts, including discounts, interest, and commission; able to apply to practical situations using fractions, percentages, and problem solving
Ability to maintain HCA identified responsible alcohol service certification
Ability to maintain Food Service Manager Certificate (Illinois)
Ability to understand and perform duties in accordance with:

Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Physical mobility with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 50 lbs.
