Your daily responsibilities include

  • Provides the primary level of guest assistance in the seating area.

  • Helps guests locate their assigned seats and reports any ticketing problems to the Supervisor.

  • Provides guests with directions or other venue information.

  • Acts upon all comments and complaints in a prompt and friendly manner.

THIS IS A STEADY EXTRA / ON CALL POSITION

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

  • Must be friendly and personable.

  • Has excellent customer service skills and able to communicate effectively.

  • Must be a team player and work well with others.

  • Must be available to work nights and weekends.

  • Able to stand for long periods of time.
