Your daily responsibilities include

SUMMARY

Responsible for managing the daily operations of assigned Food & Beverage outlet(s).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and Cast members.

  • Ensures consistent, high quality service standards are maintained in designated areas of responsibility.

  • Implements training programs that ensure high quality service.

  • Provides adequate training and tools for Cast member success.

  • Ensures that all F&B areas are kept clean and in proper condition.

  • Ensures that the minimum level of labor is used to perform the required level of service without adversely impacting service standards.

  • Interviews and hires new Cast members.

  • Ability to analyze and evaluate profit and loss statements.

  • Executes and audits supplies and inventory items insuring cost controls.

  • Ensures that all Food & Beverage products prepared meet the established specifications and standards.

  • Completes the required daily financial tools and reports.

  • Communicates variances from established standards to the F&B Manager / Director.

  • Ensures that all service equipment is operational and handled safely, reporting mechanical issues to appropriate team members.

  • Enforces all appearance and uniform guidelines.

  • Enforces all regulatory, internal controls, policies and procedures.

  • Review manifest and staffing levels to determine appropriate work assignments for the staff.

  • Investigate and resolve guest complaints or concerns in accordance with standard procedures.

  • Understands all aspects of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

  • Ensures safe cash handling procedures are followed by all Cast members.

  • Conduct a physical inventory of outlet supplies and requisition replacement items as needed.

  • Coach and Council all Cast members when needed to reinforce department and company policy and procedures.

  • Maintain a well-informed shift by conducting daily shift meetings.

  • Department walk throughs are done on a daily basis to assure cleanliness and all equipment is operational.

  • Other duties as assigned.

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent is required along with knowledge of restaurant operations and serving. 2 – 3 years supervisory experience is preferred. This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and Cast members. Must understand and speak the English language.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical demands described here are representatives of those that must be met by a Cast member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the Cast member is regularly required to talk and hear. The Cast member frequently is required to stand and walk. The Cast member is occasionally required to sit; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, and crouch. The Cast member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The Cast member requires manual dexterity to operate all necessary equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance. Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs occasionally.
