Your daily responsibilities include
MAJOR JOB DUTIES: Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Work with M Resort staff and Ticketmaster to prepare event programming, ticket holds, and other event ticketing needs
Assist with box office operations during performances (including preparation of box reports, Box Office Statement and actively participate in Event Settlements)
Ensure ADA Compliant Ticketing Practices
Communicate regularly with TicketMaster staff, The M Resort Ticketing staff, customers and affiliated parties
Assist Clients, Ticketmaster Rep and The M Resort with event programming, ticket holds, ticket account and other ticket details
Process ticketing arrangements for promoters, theatre departments, and affiliated parties
Communicate regularly and assist internal departments and external event personnel with any ticketing needs and concerns
Assist with monitoring of ticket sales and maintenance of ticketing system
Track and reconcile ticket stock inventory
Resolve customer service issues as necessary
Maintain accurate box office accounting records and archives
Receive and maintain incoming group sales requests and process invoices to completion.
Monitor supplies and equipment, as well as, report and follow up on any ticketing repair issues
Prepare reports for settlement and archival purposes
Ticketing/box office duties as assigned by management
Perform related work as requested.

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set
EXPERIENCE: Two to Three years experience using ticketing software used in the entertainment industry including Ticketmaster. Knowledge of Archtics a plus.
EDUCATION: High School or GED equivalent
SKILLS : Microsoft Office and programs necessary to operate and issue reports essential to box office/ticketing operations
